Our Story

Rooted in Folklore. Crafted with Purpose.

Long before I knew their botanical names, I knew plants had purpose.

I grew up watching my grandmother and family elders work with leaves, roots, and flowers as part of everyday life. Plant knowledge wasn't something separate from living—it was woven into how we cared for ourselves and one another.

For over twenty-five years, that foundation has guided my own journey into natural living and a deeper understanding of botanicals and how they work together.

Plant Wisdom Carried Forward

Orijin Téa & Co. was created from that foundation—a meeting place between traditional plant wisdom and modern everyday wellness.

Our blends aren't built around adding popular herbs simply because they are well known. Each botanical is thoughtfully selected for the role it plays within the entire formulation.

One plant may nourish. Another may soothe. Another may support balance or complement the actions of the botanicals around it.

Every herb has a purpose. Every herb supports another.

That philosophy is at the heart of Orijin.

Before Wellness Was a Trend

My relationship with natural living began long before today's wellness movement.

For more than twenty-five years, I have continued learning, researching, working with botanicals, and carrying forward the plant knowledge that first surrounded me as a child.

Orijin Tea is an extension of that journey—not a departure from the old ways, but a way of carrying their wisdom forward with intention.

The Orijin Philosophy

Our functional herbal blends are thoughtfully formulated around different wellness experiences—from clarity and digestive comfort to daily nourishment, restoration, women's wellness, and everyday vitality.

We believe botanical wellness doesn't have to be complicated or aggressive. It can begin with something as simple as preparing a cup of tea, slowing down, and allowing plants to become part of an everyday ritual.

Rooted in folklore. Guided by plant wisdom. Crafted for today.
